Andrew was a great fit for our house search, he is talented, savvy and a consummate gentleman. He helped us navigate what house features we wanted to prioritize, and to get more comfortable understanding what typical traits and trade-offs Seattle-area houses. We had a constrained search period and were not certain that we'd be able to compete for a house that fit us.

Andrew adeptly navigated the search, offer and close process. His experience working with other agents made him a strong advocate and savvy read on the offer process. He made many efforts to consult on potential home repair issues and to connect us with appropriate service providers. This help thinking about future costs and risks tamped down our worry about such a big commitment. He is very responsive, hardworking, and labors to make the client experience smooth. He enabled us confidence to strike when the iron was hot and eventually to have our home offer accepted. His heart is in the work, he is salt to the earth.

This is the second home we buy and after previously working with many real estate agents Andrew is definitely the best! No BS, had lots of insights and market knowledge, professional, always great to work with. Andrew was referred to my wife and I through mutual friends, and we were so fortunate to work with him on the purchase of our first home, just north of Seattle. Coming from outside the area, our priorities and potential search areas were all over the map (literally). Andrew helped us organize our screening criteria as he listened to our goals. He was an invaluable resource by pointing out and comparing the quality of construction of original builds and remodels as we toured multiple homes. When it came down to making a purchase, he calmly and knowledgeably helped us navigate a complex process which was further complicated by COVID19. Andrew never let anything slip, was always available and on top of communications among multiple parties, and consistently went above and beyond expectations. The cherry on top came a day after the final inspection of our new home. Andrew realized that the inspector never reset power to the sump pump which was key to the foundational drainage system. Without hesitating, he drove back up to the house, found the tripped outlet, and reset it hours before a storm hit that certainly would have flooded the crawlspace. We look forward to working with him again someday and cannot recommend Andrew strongly enough!

Andrew Mellon is an awesome agent. I moved to California for a year before i decided to sell my house. My friend referred me Andrew as an agent. He was such a dedicated man. He cleaned my house after the tenants moved out. He came up with the renovation plan and he contacted all the agents who did the painting, flooring, roofing, etc. He sent me pictures of the progress so I knew exactly how everything went without flying to Seattle. He hired professional photographer to take pics of the house for the listing. He then hosted an open house and helped me chose the best buyer. The paperwork went thru super smooth.
